For our Client – international, prestigious organization based in Robakowo near Poznan we are currently looking for experienced Candidate for the position of Team Leader Accountant with German.

The key responsibilities are: several people team management, coordination of assignments according to receivable, recover and basic clients / supplier data process; coordinating and executing tasks in close ends periods. Controlling of accounting process correctness as well as bookkeeping of sales invoices, invoice revisions, bank statements and transport losses invoices reckoning would be a daily duties. Reconciliation of clearing client’s accounts, clarifying variances in received payments. You will also be responsible for creating or updating data on suppliers or clients accounts and preparing prompt-notes and recovery reports. Cooperation with legal and recovery office. Taking part in migration of processes / accounting teams to SSC and also in optimization projects related with receivable department or other teams would be your duties. Preparing reports and analysis would be an additional task.


As an ideal Candidate you should speak German on professional level and have an university degree in economic or postgraduate degree in finance and accounting. You should also have at least 3-4 year experience in accountancy on position of independent accountant or senior accountant. Apart from experience, you should have a deep-in knowledge in general ledger accountancy, allowing to be a mentor or expert. Very good knowledge of MS Office software and solving problems skills would be desirable. Our client is looking for the “client oriented” candidates with very good communication skills.
