For our Client, SSC based in Warsaw, we are looking for:
AR Team Leader with German
The perfect Candidate will be supervising AR team and providing them with advice and help on a day to day basis, setting their goals and evaluating their development. The job holder supervises, monitors and evaluates all day-to-day accounting activities but also optimises processes within the department. The Candidate will also be responsible for everyday O2C Operations and contact with international offices.
The ideal candidate for this role should possess at least 4 year experience at OTC/AR department and previous experience of people management. Solid understanding of bookkeeping and accounting payable principles. What is more, the person on this position would need proficiency in MS Office and ideally knowledge in SAP. Fluent in German speaking and writing is a must.
