A successful candidate will be responsible for:
- The mission will focus on daily support and cooperation with the F&B Manager in order to meet our guests' satisfaction, achieve economical and quality objectives, build strong and motivated team and take care of their individual development.
- Placing emphasis on operations to ensure that the entire Food & Beverage Operations runs smoothly and up to international and Sofitel standards.
- Developing F&B action plan and promotional activities of the department to stimulate sales and profit while controlling operating expenses
- Following Food Safety and Hygiene regulations to international standards and ensuring compliance with all local regulations
- Focusing on achieving hotel profitability through revenue generation and effective cost controls
- Achieving guest satisfaction targets and team member satisfaction goals. In addition responsible for developing and training F&B team analyzing current trends and making recommendation accordingly.
Essential and optional requirements:
- Minimum 4 years working experience in Restaurant, Bar and Banqueting area in a luxury hotel
- Excellent English proficiency, other languages would be an advantage
- Possess exceptional leadership, communication, organization and relationship skills
- Ability to work under pressure, pleasing personality, polite and courteous
- Flexibility, problem solving and decision making skills
- Ability to train and develop team members
- Communicative, initiative and creativity
