Associate Training Administration with English
Location: Wroclaw (Breslau), Poland
Position Description
- Handles company´s internal and external training programs;
- Performs tasks required for scheduling classes (i.e. invitations, preparation and follow up);
- Makes logistical arrangements (i.e. book training rooms, assemble training materials);
- Coordinates and schedules trainers for in-house sessions;
- Tracks training enrolment and attendance;
- Handles communication with a trainer and the participants;
- Closely collaborates with training specialists in other regions/countries;
- Administers company´s learning management system and SAP training history.
Position Requirements
- Bachelor´s degree in a related field;
- 1-3 years of experience coordinating multiple training events in a corporate setting;
- Experience in working with a Learning Management System;
- Experience with online meetings/event platforms;
- Excellent English language skills;
- German language skills would be an advantage.

- Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated time management skill;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, working pro-actively and independently;
- Team player with exceptional customer service skills;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skill.
