OPIS STANOWISKA:
tworzenie rekrutacyjnej bazy danych kandydatów,
rekrutacja i selekcja pracowników tymczasowych,
bezpośrednia współpraca z klientami agencji w ramach realizacji projektów rekrutacyjnych,
budowanie oraz utrzymywanie relacji z klientami firmy, urzędami pracy oraz pracownikami tymczasowymi.
WYMAGANIA:
wykształcenie min. średnie,
dużym atutem będzie doświadczenie na podobnym stanowisku,
mile widziana znajomość zagadnień HR, przepisów prawa pracy i ZUS,
dobra znajomość obsługi komputera (pakiet MS Office),
wysoka kultura osobista oraz zdolności interpersonalne,
bardzo dobra organizacja pracy własnej, jak również umiejętność pracy w grupie,
gotowość do pracy pod presją czasu,
prawo jazdy kat. B (warunek konieczny).
