Job description
- Lead various Continuous Improvement (CI) projects on delivery of F&A processes across Capgemini Insurance Industry Client in alignment with overall CI strategy and business priorities
- Identify process gaps/waste and recommend improvements to ensure that process tasks are operated efficiently and effectively
- Drive the sharing of best demonstrated practices across teams through best practice sharing platform
- Mentor Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belts to complete CI projects and initiatives
Position purpose
Automation Expert is a newly introduced role. Working for insurance industry Client she/he will be responsible for implementation of automation projects which will redefine and improve business services delivered to Client.
Requirements
- Focused on details
- Min 1-2 years of Continuous Improvement experience
- Good English is essential
- Advanced skills in MS Excel and MS Access
- Scripting skills (VBA, VBS, SAP Scripting)
- Understanding of business processes
- Excellent team working balanced with independence in problem resolution
- Ability to work in a cross-functional matrix environment, to influence and gain commitment at all organizational levels
- Able to work to tight deadlines
- Self-motivated
