The prime function of B2B Sales Development Manager is to proactively and profitably grow our business. We are looking hunter who can expand our existing database of accounts whilst maximizing profit and developing portfolio.
The ideal candidate will have experience in B2B sales, cold calling, drafting quotations, creating proposal, as well as skills related to strategic analysis. In this role, you will be responsible for negotiating contracts and closing deals.
We will rely on you to partner with our marketing department to conduct market research and develop a strategic business development plan. Some travel throughout Europe may be required for this position.
3-5 yrs
- Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client’s business and equipment needs
- Proactively increase business by the use of own initiative
- Partner with sales teams to create contract-winning proposals for current and prospective clients
- Attend fairs/exhibition/networking events to promote the property
- Achieve sales targets, report results and manage client information
- Be property ambassador
- Collaborate with hotel, owning company and managing company teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time.
- You are creative about filling and managing your opportunities in the pipeline, diligent about your sales process, and have a proven ability to take initiative and produce results
- You have experience in successfully closing large, complex deals amid a mix of new business, established accounts and channel management
- You are focused on your goals and are methodical when tracking your own metrics. You are compelling in your sales pitch, listen to your customer’s pain points, and effectively communicate The Bridge's value proposition.
