Background Check Specialist

Responsibilites
- Cooperation with a candidate to get the required data
- Personal data verification of new joiners and relocated staff in agreed timelines and in line with applicable policies including:
- Getting references from previous employers/Universities - e-mail confirmations, calls, etc.
- Administration of process documents
- Work with vetting companies for some checks
- Internal reporting (preparation of background check reports)
- Cooperation with a client (escalation and approval process)
- Participation in monthly reporting, site reviews and annual audits preparation
- Cooperation with other departments (provide administrative support for recruiters, Hiring Managers, PMO)
- Maintaining BCV results in internal systems and document storage.
Requirements
- Responsibility, accuracy
- Attentiveness to details, independency at work, ability to learn fast and work in dynamic environment
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- English Language - upper intermediate level or higher
- Russian Language - upper intermediate level or higher
- Good communication skills
- Proactive approach
. Ability to multi-task and manage priorities
