For our client, a worldwide leading company with a stable position on the market, for a new Global Service Centre based in Wroclaw, we are currently looking for a suitable candidate for the position of
Billing Exception Specialist
Miejsce pracy: dolnośląskie/ Wrocław
Nr Ref.: BES/08/2016/WRC/DB
Responsibilities:
- Control automatic billing processes and resolve related issues
- Support revenue related SOX controls
- Monitor appropriate work lists and drive regular review by appropriate users
- Monitor the overall billing process with occasional troubleshooting
- Create individual and bulk billing runs if necessary
- Interaction with other process areas
- Other, as assigned by the supervisor
Requirements:
- University degree, finance or accounting area preferred
- Very good English, both written and oral
- Solid working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word
- Previous experience with SAP or another ERP system will be an asset
- Experience in the billing process is a plus
- Good numerical and analytical skills
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Professional accountancy qualification or commitment to obtaining one
