In Global Business Services, we manage multiple processes for the Group entities.
Currently we are looking for:
Location: Warsaw Poland / Guadalajara Mexico / Bangalore India
The role reporting to Global GBS Director, supported by teams located in GBS Warsaw/ Guadalajara/ Bangalore. Role’s mission is to ensure effective implementation of BlackLine system modules: Finance Transformation, Matching, SmartClose and challenge the current processes embedded/ to be embedded in BlackLine, to achieve quality and efficiency improvement.
- Leads implementation of BlackLine system in the three Technicolor GBS locations: Warsaw, Guadalajara, Bangalore
- Assures the standardization of processes embedded in BlackLine in the three GBS locations
- Reassess the modules already in place and leads implementation of enhancements to achieve the efficiency and standardization of processes covered within the modules
- Identifies / provides business cases in order to support implementation of further BlackLine modules: SmartClose, Matching, Journal Entries
- Prepares and maintains the implementation plan
- Assures provision of deliverables / achievement of milestones within the deadlines
- Manages the project’s budget
- Manages user expectations and work collaboratively across the enterprise
- Leads project team members to accomplish project objectives
- Analyses and maps financial processes embedded in BlackLine
- Implements process changes
- Organizes and leads the Steering Committee meetings
- Report the project status to the stakeholders
- Provides trainings in BlackLine and coaches the team in a daily work
- Prepares the procedures / job aids related to BlackLine
- Leverages problem solving and influencing skills
- Master’s degree in finance and accounting
- 4-5 years of practical experience in Project Management
- Practical experience in implementation/ administration of BlackLine
- Experience in working with ERP class systems (SAP preferred)
- Very strong management, project management, leadership and relationship management skills
- Understanding of operational processes embedded in the system, including: Close the Books process and Accounts Reconciliation Process
- Strong analytical, influencing and communication skills
- Fluency in English
- Ability to work effectively under time pressure
- Decision making and judgmental skills
- Self-starter, strong ethic of work, ‘can-do’ attitude, ownership, pro-activeness
