We are looking for qualified BMC Remedy Suite administrators with experience in IT Service Management (Incident & Problem Management, Knowledge Management, Asset Management, Change Management), CMDB, Service Request Management configuration and administration modules. Programming experience on the BMC Remedy AR System platform in 7.x or later version will be an asset.
Individuals on this position will be responsible for the BMC Remedy Suite configuration in accordance with business requirements as well as system administration and integration of existing BMC Remedy Suite applications in project.
- Bachelor or Master’s degree in Computer Science or related
- Very good knowledge and experience in BMC Remedy Suite in 7.x or later version (configuration and administration)
- As an advantage: programming experience and very good knowledge of 7.x or later version of BMC Remedy AR System
- Knowledge of additional programming languages (Java, C#, ASP.Net) is a plus
- ITIL V3 Foundation certificate or other ITIL V3 certificates is a big plus
- Proficiency in using technical documentation
- Experience in customer service will be an asset
- Excellent English skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under time pressure
