We are looking for you if:
- You have master or bachelor’s degree,
- You have a working experience as a Business Analyst,
- A proactive, can-do, no surprises and positive mind-set,
- You have some technical skills (advanced Excel VBA),
- You have an ability to transform complex requests into simple and concise demands,
- You have an ability to recover from setbacks, learn from critical feedback or failure, and persevere in the face of adversity,
- You are showing openness to change and altering behaviours in order to work effectively when faced with new information, a changing situation and/or environment,
- You are able to clearly and succinctly express ideas, facts and opinions and you have an ability to express them fluently both in speaking and writing, supported by appropriate tools,
- You are fluent in English (speaking and writing).
You'll get extra points for:
- Experience in financial services organizations,
- Good knowledge of SQL and Access skills are nice to have,
- Working experience within the areas of Financial Economic Crime, Anti Money Laundering or Compliance,
- Experience with data analysis,
- As a part of daily responsibilities, you will have a chance to learn Python.

Information about squad:
Currently, we are looking for a Business Analyst (BA) for the Global KYC Delivery Tribe Lookback Preparations squad. The BA plays an important role in the squad on the cooperation between the business and Data Analyst of the squad. As a BA you will take an active role in the refinement of the user stories, write documentation (BRDs, FRDs), and support the Product Owner (PO) and squad with your process knowledge, ensuring compliance by design. You refine and guarantee that the business requirements and non-functional requirements are properly translated to the Lookback Preparations squad team-members. The Lookback Preparation Squad is part of Global KYC Delivery Tribe organization within ING COO which delivers global solutions across 20+ countries, affecting 36 million ING customers.

30%- Analyse and assess data for the execution ofPost Transaction Monitoring investigationsactivities in the KYC scope; data deep-dives,report results
