We are looking for:
Business Analyst
Location: Wrocław
Main responsibilities:
- Develop High quality business and functional requirements and obtain timely sign-off by all respective parties. This includes elicitation, analysis, documentation and validation of functional requirements.
- Hold workshops with developers to walkthrough the requirements.
- Validate the solution by testing the solution in line with defined acceptance criteria and test to requirement tractability matrix.
- Manage requirements and scope over the course of project and maintain clear communication across the team.
Key technical skills:
- Possess excellent communication skills and inter-personal skills; Good level of spoken and written English (including business and financial terms).
- Ability to drive discussions between stakeholders and arrive at agreement on what should be done.
- Unified Modeling Language (UML).
- Microsoft Viso, Excel.
- Tools/ experience with generating work flow diagrams and UI mockups.
- Knowledge in banking / finance industry. Can well describe characteristic for most of these products: Equity Structured Products (Barrier Reverse Convertible (BRC), Callable BRC, Autocallable BRC, Discount Certificate), Hedging Strategies (Leveraged Forward, Knock-Into (Leveraged) Forward, (Leveraged) Risk Reversal.
- Understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and the activities involved in each stage.
- Demonstrate experience of producing business/ functional requirements for high impact software projects.
- A degree in Economic/Finance or Business discipline.
- Certificates in business Analysis is a plus.
