Designing the foundation for the development effort by capturing the business context - problem, current state, desired future state, objectives, business needs and impacted user groups,

Producing high level and detailed process maps to identify requirements and process/organizational change,
-
Developing requirements (business, data, user and software requirements — functional and non-functional),
-
Managing the requirements through the project lifecycle Interacting with user (business domain and IT support services) and with developers and testing personnel (technical domain) and with lead,
-
Writing and reviewing business, user and non-functional/system level requirements in the form of User stories, Use Cases, UML, requirement statements.

Fluent written and spoken English,

Minimum 5 years in business analysis role,

Demonstrated experience on infrastructure and/or COTS projects and familiarity with networking and hosting concepts,

Adept at getting sign off of business (functional and non-functional) requirements from user community,
-
Solid understanding of the following requirements models: Stakeholder Categories, Actor Tables, Glossary, Context Diagram, Data Model, Class Model, Data Dictionary, Event Response Tables, State Diagrams, Business Rules, Decision Tables, Process Maps, Use Cases, and Activity Diagrams,

Ability to escalate risk when appropriate with clarity on impact to facilitate quick resolution,

Knowledge of tools, such as ALM, ARIS/Alphabet suite, MS SharePoint.
