Responsibilites
Key Responsibilities
- Elicit functional and technology requirements from IT Application owners and business users as well as from the technology subject matter experts
- Requirements management - define and document the gathered requirements, requirements validation, definition of testing / success criteria, lifecycle management of requirements, analyze and prioritize requirements, stakeholders approval etc.
- Use a natural and technical language to develop requirements into functional specifications
- Support the implementation / migration process design
- Manage scope and requirements throughout the project life cycle including change management
- Support the project team in various data analysis
- Perform quality assurance
- Daily operational communication with the core project team
- Status reports in line with CTO standards and timelines
- Work closely with the central Business Analysis team to ensure BA activities and artefacts are completed in line with CTO standards
- Assists in operational roll out and support
Requirements
Essentials Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in IT Requirements Engineering / IT Business Analysis - requirements gathering and management, translating them into the functional / technology specifications
- Solid understanding of IT Infrastructure products like Microsoft servers, databases, virtualisation / virtual desktop, MS SCCM, MS SCOM etc.
- Experience in data analysis and presentation skills
- Good communication skills written and oral (English)
- Good interpersonal and influencing skills
- Ability to work occasionally across numerous time zones
- Degree level education
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Citrix XenApp technology / virtualised application hosting
- Practical usage of Microsoft Office, MS Visio
- Financial Services (especially Swiss Banking) experience
- Can do attitude

Overview of business area or project:
The role will be working as Requirements Engineer / IT Business Analyst on the Citrix Platform upgrade and enhancement project. Project description:
Objective*:
- Current Citrix application hosting platform (CSC 3.0) is almost EOL.
- Create an updated platform to provision capacity for MyPartner and be able to internally publish applications.
- Create a capability to meet application demands for a more modern version of Windows Services – these cannot be met on the current platform.(e.g Peoplesoft)
- Develop a migration process to migrate the existing 1200 Citrix Application servers.
Description*:
- Design and Build out of new Virtual Application hosting solution and run a POC for the new Citrix platform, so it can easily scale with new demand (e.g. Cloud hosted) and be compatible with W10 modern features.
- Pilot the solution with early adopter applications to test all key requirements.
- Harmonize/streamline application onboarding to the new platform & its cost structure
Scope:
In scope: Global (solution to be implemented in all 4 hosting regions), create seed infrastructure environments to operationalize the offering.
- Out of scope:
- Deployment of all infrastructure to support migration of all 1200 servers
- Application migrations outside of the early adopters.
