Business Analyst
What will you do?
- Forecasting Process maintenance & data update
- Tool administration - Updating cases data, lunching forecast in Forecasting tool
- Stakeholders communication – providing forecast reports, sending reminders (Deadline Management), hosting forecast meetings
- Process documentation – stakeholders mapping, Cases count logic.
- Coordination of process changes – cases count logic updates, tool changes coordination, gathering of business requirements and implementation, cooperation with Dev teams
- Reporting and analytics – accuracy & participation metrics
Who are we looking for?
- Feel comfortable with Cross-functional collaboration
- Self-motivated and drive to succeed with natural curiosity, initiative and tenacity to drive issues to closure
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English
- Excellent use of Excel
- Database management is a plus
- Data dashboard creation or database coding (Phyton) is a plus
- Business analytics, data trend review, data analysis, good communication skills (stakeholder meetings), critical thinking, problem solving abilities
