For one of our clients, a leading fashion company, we are looking for a person to hold the position of Business Analyst in Warsaw.

The Business Analyst will be responsible for supporting the finance organisation in Eastern Europe region (5 countries) in maintaining timely, accurate and consistent financial records in line with management reporting and business requirements. The Analysis will be accountable for facilitating month end processes working with Accounting teams to ensure proper accruals and revenue/expense recognition; ensuring financial and process controls are in place and in line with financial policies; prepare weekly reports, quarterly business reviews and annual situation analyses; preparing reports based on knowledge of sales and forecasting; supporting implementation of the budgeting processes and adapt to changing business conditions and strategies; and analyzing, interpreting and providing feedback to key stakeholders regarding actual vs. forecast deviation /performance.

The right Candidate will have minimum 2 years of relevant work experience of similar position in a multinational fashion/retail company. An excellent knowledge and experience of MS Excel, Business Intelligence, SAP and Essbase are virtue. A fluent knowledge of English written and spoken is must.
The ideal Candidate will be self-driven, business oriented and proactive individual with excellent communication skills.
