Business and Application Maintenance Analyst
Work location: Kraków
The role:
In this role you will be responsible for application support and maintenance in Operational Risk (OR). Your daily tasks will cover business and technical assistance for internal bank managers using the OR applications.
Working hours 7.30AM- 6 PM (shifts).
We offer fixed term contract for 12 months.
The role is located in the UBS office in Krakow (Green Office).
Responsibilities:
- Supporting Operational Risk Managers in terms of problem solving and application support
- Application testing: release support for the business and IT, including: coordination, test cases creation and tests execution
- Making mass data enrichments and data uploads into the system
- Application access management (coordination and implementation of users access for Operational Risk applications)
- Leading small processes and improvements projects independently
Requirements:
- Very good written and spoken English
- Good understanding of IT in general including mainly Microsoft technology, Windows, MS Office, SharePoint
- Good knowledge of MS Excel
- Strong analytical skills
- Ability to work under pressure to strict deadlines
- Ability to prioritize own workload on a daily basis
- Ability to learn new systems and solutions quickly
Additional assets:
- Experience in business or an application support
- Knowledge of Sas technology especially Sas Enterprise GRC
- Knowledge of ITIL, Six Sigma or other service management methodology
- Knowledge of application testing metodology, including tools i.e Quality Center
