Scope of responsibilities:
- Resolving issues and responding to incoming queries related to SSC applications and master data (e.g. Concur, Transform , Cognos, Esim, sharepoint sites) in a timely and efficient manner
- Independently performs data verification and/or entry to set up vendors and employees accounts in the system in accordance to SOX requirements, Avon policies and procedures & SLAs
- Walking customers through problem-solving process
- Providing technical support for SSC applications
- Designing and developing business reports
- Actively supports process audits, both internal and external
