Responsibilities
- Bringing management consulting expertise into the organization.
- Planning, executing, and finalizing related projects.
- Supporting the management team in implementing changes and new organizational solutions to improve the performance of business services
- Delivering projects related to business services process change or transformations from requirements through to post project review
- Performing the role of project management consultant responsible for project delivery, handling project work with limited supervision
- Mapping and designing processes / structures / workflow management
- Conducting process change workshops and trainings
- Creating and documenting relevant best practices and methodologies at every stage of the project lifecycle
- Researching the industry to identify and recommend best practice and benchmarks
- Helping develop a culture of continuous improvement, lean thinking and change
- Managing multiple projects
- Ensuring open and clear communication with stakeholders and relevant parties
- Work closely with the management team, business services leads, continuous improvement specialists and external consultants, across various functions and offices.
Requirements:
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Experience in working as a business consultant/doing consultant work for internal/external clients.
- Consulting, project management, business process optimization and project delivery experience.
- Strategic business planning and implementation, managing cross business unit collaboration.
- Coaching, training, facilitating and running workshops.
- Result oriented, highly driven and a natural executer(A do’er that make things happen), open minded, flexible and action oriented.
- Ability to work both independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
