SPM Technical Consultants have a very wide area of responsibility;
- talk to business to gather and document requirements
- analyze requirements and propose solutions relevant to customer business
- design and implement using one of the SPM frameworks
- integrate solution with existing customers systems
Apart from above, the person employed as an SPM consultant will have the opportunity to travel on business to many countries in Europe (up to 50% of the job might involve traveling). The other 50% can be done largely through remote work.
Strong technical skills
- At least 1 year of professional experience in SQL
- Fluent English
- Advanced German
- Willingness to travel
- Quick learner and willingness to learn new technologies
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Knowledge of any market available BI tools is nice to have
- Experience with building reports in SQL Server Reporting Services is nice to have
SPM (Sales Performance Management) is a very wide term describing technologies and processes related to calculation of variable pay components (commissions, bonuses), quota management and territory management. These systems are usually implemented in large corporations (Banks, Insurance Companies, Telcos, Medical, etc.) that have a large number of people rewarded for results.
