Dynamic growth and ambitious plans of our Client created an opportunity for a skilled and talented professional. Successful candidate will take newly created position of Business Controller and will report to the Head of Controlling and will have impact on commercial decisions.
- Support the sales and consumer marketing teams with evaluation of financial reports and assist with business queries
- Provide accurate and timely created financial analyses covering month-end, management reporting, budget and forecast to the business
- Participate and contribute to the development of marketing activities from the outset i.e. priorities, processes, controls and review
- Provide transparent and objective financial and marketing information to support commercial decisions
- Undertake cost / benefit analyses to evaluate and support commercial teams
- Provide data support within business projects
- Initiate efficiencies and cost savings activities
- Proven skills in commercial support positions in FMCG or pharmaceutical sector
- Proactive, persuasive attitude prepared to challenge existing ideas and status quo
- Able to understand complex impacts of activities from marketing and finance point of view
- University degree, preferably business related - Finance/Marketing
- Professional qualifications ACCA/CIMA (or ongoing) will be a strong asset
- Fluent in Polish and English
- Excellent computer software skills: expert knowledge of Excel, experience in using and driving IT software changes and developments
