Your new company
For international company, specialized in payments solutions (software and services) for banking and financial sector, we are looking for the Business Developer CEE (based in Warsaw).

Your new role
Business Developer CEE will be responsible for developing relationships with clients and partners as well as selling products and services to new clients. You will manage current clients: the quality of service, new projects and new offerings. You will identify clients’ needs and evaluate alternative business solutions to match those needs. Moreover, this role includes: coordination of business projects (internal and external), cooperation with business development teams in producing and reviewing business cases and solutions to deliver effective proposals, analysing the market demands and define strategic and commercial plan for further development.

What you’ll need to succeed
If you have 2-5 years of experience in business development in technology solutions for banking/financial sector and speak fluent Polish and English (knowledge of Russian would be a big plus) – this is a good match for you. Academic background in Business/Economics and knowledge of business/financial analysis are highly relevant for this position. You will stand out by showing strong commercial expertise: excellent negotiation, selling and customer relationship management skills as well as analytical and technical mindset and strong focus on results. This role will require from you flexibility for frequent business travels.
