For our Client, a US manufacturer of professional print finishing equipment that is committed to developing the European Market with 2016 sales focused in Poland, Germany, France, and other European Countries we are looking for Business Development Specialist. Company is opening a Poland based warehouse from which to distribute its products in Europe.

This position is responsible for the sales of company’s products in Europe and provides ongoing support to product distribution channels. This position will report directly to the President, located in the US.

As a Business Development Specialist you will be responsible for securing new distribution partners in targeted countries, assist resellers with organizational skills, account strategies and planning, monitor warehouse inventory and forecast sales to ensure proper warehouse stocking of inventory, research and investigate competitor’s activities while developing new methods of attaining resellers and assisting resellers in attaining new accounts. What is more you will attend international trade shows.

To be successful on that position you should have minimum of three to five years’ experience in B2B sales, be fluent in English and have higher degree in business. We are looking for people with experience in negotiating commercial contracts and history of success closing new business. Experience in working with distributors network will be an asset. Ability to travel as needed to meet with EU resellers, detail orientation with good follow-up and coordination skills and effective customer relations and customer service skills are a must.

Our client offers an employment contract with an attractive remuneration of 10000 to 12000 PLN gross per month.
