Main responsibilities:

Main responsibilities:
- Organizing and coordinating client events (preparing invitation lists and overseeing the invitation process)
- Attending the events if required
- Cooperating closely with Senior Managers in order to build an agenda & content for client events
- Providing versatile support and assistance to the Leadership
- Preparing and conducting the post-event operations in order to provide best possibilities for a Client’s future development
- Building and maintaining relationships due to Firm’s highest standards
- Implementing best practices among the Team of Program Leaders
- Managing the logistics and various ad hoc challenges
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in English
- Great planning and organizing skills
- Team - orientation
- Ability to travel (Europe)
- Great communication & interpersonal skills
- Advanced Excel and Power Point skills
