Conceptual design and implementation of the ETL and Data Warehouse system
- Data modeling and implementation of ETL procedures, data cleansing functions, load automation, data acquisition functions
- Management of the deployment, maintenance, and user support of the reporting / data access tool(s)
- Build the data model domains
- Shaping the reporting solutions - reports, dashboards, etc.
- Incorporating feedback from the user community
- Technical documentation of all delivered artifacts
- Other duties as assigned
Must:
- Proficient knowledge of TSQL
- Practical knowledge and experience on DWH/BI concepts
- Practical experience with any of the standard ETL tools (Informatica, SSIS, OWB)
- Know How of the MS Analysis Services (OLAP cubes)
- Comprehensive knowledge of software development cycle
- Experience in building reports/dashboards in one of the reporting tools (OBIEE, SSRS, Tableau, etc.)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure
Nice-to-have:
- Experienced in Agile methodologies (preferred SCRUM)
- Self-motivated and a team player with good problem solving skills
- Understanding of financial aspects in banking area is a plus
About the Project: iAnalyze is a real advancement in the way both producers and consumers of reports and dashboards will be able to work in the future. It introduces a scalable, IT-wide reporting and analysis platform to cope with the high complexity of reporting and the short reporting cycles, eliminates the highly manual effort to produce legacy reports (e.g. through Microsoft Excel). It further reduces the current complexity of both data and reporting tool landscapes and provides reliable and consistent information derived from unified data sources at any available business or project level. iAnalyze is based on Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) technology including the java-based Application Development Framework (ADF) and brings an elegant experience with an easy-to-use application to enable effective decision making for both IT and CFO.
Our team: iAnalyze team consists of around five to seven developers, who provide services to the platform in regard to its maintenance and
development. Team works in Agile manner (SCRUM framework) which allows the developers to play different project roles - QA, implementer, BA, etc. Almost every developer has technical education background (Information Technology) and share significant experience from different projects conducted as well outside of CS.
Team members are open minded - including proposal for the key stakeholders, keen on providing the changes, enthusiastic and very helpful in onboarding new members up to speed with deliverables.
