Job Description
- Support deal shaping process in close collaboration with Business Development Managers and Sales team
- Create support quotes for Technical Support team - scoping, pricing and cost/margin analysis
- Be the direct point of contact for stakeholders - Service Delivery, Sales and Product Managers to support business from the operational side
- Advising on the type of services and its pricing
- Business Operations Manager will work with strategic clients from around the world
- Analyze and provide deal financial data
Requirements
- Min. 3 years of related experience in business operations or sales support areas
- Efficient collaborative skills with internal customers and cross functional teams
- Ability to prioritize and to work under pressure and tight deadlines
- Fluency in English - essential
