For our Client, new launched international company based in Krakow, we are currently looking for Candidates experienced in finance processes migrations for the position of Business Readiness Support Analyst for 12 months contract.
The main purpose of the role is s to understand changes to systems/processes (new system implementation and migration of activity to Krakow) and implement actions to mitigate impact of changes. The jobholder will be responsible for preparing change impact analyses, preparing and implement plans to mitigate impact of change. Additionally, your scope of duties will include preparing change impact analyses, preparing materials for comms/training etc. Working on that position you will be responsible for managing activities within wider project plan.
A successful Candidate should be fluent in English (Spanish is a plus but not the must) and have at least 2 years of experience in similar role (Business Analyst). What is more, you should have good personal interaction and communication skills. The right Candidate must also be able to plan own workload and be able to take high level overview and turn into actionable local plans. Due to start up circumstances the Candidate will be a very important role model and is expected to participate actively in building the new team and culture.
