On behalf of our Client, a new start up – knowledge broker that serves hundreds of global institutions and analysts worldwide, to be established in Tricity we are looking for Candidates for the position of Business Relations Acquisition Specialist.
The person in this position will be mainly responsible for for proactively expanding Client`s network of industry experts by identifying and recruiting professionals to join our Network; work with Manager to target and recruit qualified industry experts; contribute to the generation of recruiting campaigns by analyzing industry trends and network gaps; contact professionals via cold-calling, email campaigns, industry and networking referrals, professional associations and other relationships.
To be successful in this role you should have master on bachelor degree; you must have exceptionally strong communication skills, and be able to build relationships with senior executives also strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to cold-call and build rapport with executives and to multi-task and prioritize daily tasks; successful track record working in a team environment; pay attention to detail. Sales or recruiting experience is preferred. Advanced level of English is a must. Other additional language will be an asset.
