Twoje zadania:
- I deliver a great customer focused proposition, including the best range, a great trade plan and competitive prices
- I ensure my category has a long term customer led plan, to drive loyalty
- I deliver the customer promises of ‘I can get what I want’ and ‘the prices are good’
- I work with my stakeholders to ensure the right product arrives at the right place and time, and for the right price
- I write and agree the buying plan with my Manager
- I identify savings/ income and negotiate with supplier for the best price
- I identify potential suppliers and assess their suitability
- I continually assess and review the branded supply base, and legal contracts in place
- I deliver great ranges and product innovation, across all formats, channels and affluence levels
- I interpret customer insight and refine Multichannel trade and events
- I hold 121s with my Manager and my team and contribute to the viewpoint plan
- I have a PDP, objectives and job description
- I coach my team and colleagues to deliver optimum performance
Wymagania:
- Extensive buying experience in Commercial product
- Appreciation and understanding of range and trade planning
- Demonstrated negotiation, supplier and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English
