We are currently seeking highly motivated, energetic person with great attention to details and results oriented attitude for the role of:
C2C Corporate Accountant (Billing)
Warsaw
Key Responsibilities:
- Liaise with fee earners to create and distribute client invoices and credit notes
- Create, maintain and close project codes required for billing on a timely basis, tracking and managing all workflow through the central mailbox
- Perform revenue and cost accruals, deferred revenue, provision for doubtful debt and reclassification of transactions
- Cash application to sales invoices and chashbook update
- Preparation and distribution of Debt Report and unallocated cash report
- Selected balance sheet accounts reconciliation
- Proactively support Management Accountants in reimbursable cost analysis and other month end close activities
- Perform month end checks and reconciliation of AR and BI to GL
- Support ad hoc requests for analysis from the Manager
- Maintenance of process documentation for all duties performed

- Skills Required
- Good IT skills (Word, Excel, MS Outlook), intermediate excel skills are required as a minimum
- Highly numerate
- Fluency in English (written and spoken)
- Experience in use of accounting systems, processes and controls. Experience of PeopleSoft financials an advantage
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written
- Report and data production, both standard and ad hoc
- Highly organised and structured to ensure activities are prioritised to meet critical deadlines every month
- Working effectively with contacts remotely day to day
