Position purpose
We are looking for a Collections Team Lead for one of our teams in Krakow.
Capgemini has been offering its services to the Client since 2016, delivering services in 7 languages from 4 Delivery Centers in Poland, India, China and Guatemala. We provide services within Finance and Accounting area - Order to Cash and Procure to Pay for two business units of our client. We are the team of creative and motivated people. As a new and dynamic project we have opportunity to work on process improvements and new solutions which is highly appreciated by our Client.
We are looking for candidates, who are interested in providing services related to Credit to Cash processes. The scope of the team involves several processes: Collection, Disputes Management and Reporting.
Main accountabilities
- Ensures the delivery of a high quality, customer focused service on a daily basis to the client in accordance with agreed SLA/KPI
- Demonstrates knowledge of respective F&A processes and procedures
- Acts as point of escalation for overall C2C process
- Supervises trainings to the team members. Ensures that all processes are understood and being followed by the team members
- Handles regular communication with the Client counterparts and maintains good relationship with them
- Continually seeks out ways to improve Client’s satisfaction
- Analyzes root causes of problems related to C2C
- Keep all required process documentation up to date (process maps and procedures) and other documentation within agreed timeframes
- Managing proactively day to day team performance
- Ensuring effective utilization of resources within the team
- Perform all administration tasks required
- Motivates and continuously develops team members
- Drives C2C with continuous focus on standardization, innovation, automations leading to the best in class model
