For our Client, an international production company based in Łódź, we are currently seeking Cash Collection Specialist with Italian.
Cash Collection Specialist with Italian will be responsible for timely cash collection, managing customer accounts, answering customer queries and resolving customer disputes. He/ she will be in direct contact with external Italian-speaking customers. Collection Specialist will also collaborate closely with the internal Sales team to collect data and review/ release sales orders according to credit policy.
We are looking for a person with:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (English& Italian);
- University degree;
- Good analytical skills; attention to detail and high level of accuracy;
- Experience in accountancy area, especially in Accounts Receivable/ Credit Management/ Cash Collection will be a strong asset;
- Good working knowledge of SAP system will also be desirable;
