Ce commercial and market insights manager

- Support added value insights to the teams (Commercial, Market and Customer Insights Expert in the Division)
- Provide Actionable Insights based on Customer, Market and Commercial sources including internal data, Dunnhumby, Nielsen, GFK, IGD, Mintel, Focus and other 3rd party Tools
- Main contact for insight for Commercial Director, CBMs, Buyers and Trade Planners
- Support Category Reset
- Produce Relevant Insights on Ad Hoc Requests
- Hold the Suit of Reports Relevant to the Division and Categories in the division
- Support Promotions Insights to the Division and categories
- Share and Develop best practices working with the broad Insights team
- Higher education (preferably in IT, Mathematics, Finance, etc.)
- Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken) is required
- Very good presentation and communication skills
- VBA and SQL (preferable)
- Excellent understanding of commercial and financial aspects of business
- Ability to lead multifunctional projects with problem-solving approach to drive execution of projects, business solutions and initiatives/reports
- Experience with working in a large matrix organization, preferably with global/virtual team experience and ability to work in remote office environment
- Proven record of managing complex tasks in changing business environment
