CE Product Change Data Manager

- I gather data across functions to build Category fact packs and ensure data integrity
- I run the analysis to build fact packs for Categories according to Product Group Review calendar
- I work with finance to understand net profitability of products, allocating back margin as needed
- I support supplier negotiations by calculating supplier asks and evaluation of supplier deals
- I report key metrics to the Transformation Office
- I provide actionable insights to category support teams and ensure buyer understanding
- I run ad hoc analytical deep dives (if needed)
- I ensure consistent methodology across categories and translate implications of analytical outputs to them
- I support buyers with building Category plan through providing leadership, perspectives and inconsistencies
- I help design training materials to accompany process changes and/or to support building capability
- I support implementation of the Category Changes and build Business case models for Category changes
- Fluent English and strong analytical skills (data analysis preparation and drawing conclusions)
- Strong computer skills – advanced Office package (especially Excel)
