Change Management Specialist

• Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work
• Willing to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term
• Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may be 80%-100% on a weekly basis on some projects (typically Monday – Friday) for some periods during the year

Responsibilities:

• Support clients to manage change in an environment that is global, multi-cultural, cross-generational, and virtual - and changing at an accelerating pace

• Deliver change management activities for the clients undergoing technology and process change, transition to outsourcing, system implementation, internal reorganization in at least one of the following change management offering areas

• Change Management Strategy definition and development of change management plan

• Stakeholders analysis and management

• Change network definition, establishment and management

• Organizational and process alignment and redesign

• Change impact analysis

• Communication strategy, planning and execution

• Training strategy, planning and execution

• Change measurement

• Change adoption

• Identify and shape opportunities to provide or create additional client value

• Develop trusted relationships with key decision-makers across client organization

• Minimum bachelor's degree
• Minimum of 2 years of demonstrated professional experience in Change Management
• Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) is required
• Good level of the other foreign language e.g. German, Italian, French, Spanish would be strong asset
• Ability to work independently and under tight deadlines and meet commitments to timely and high-quality deliverables
• Ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
• Readiness to work onsite at the Client’s location 80%
