Our Client is an International leader operating within the Industrial and Residential Services sector which has a substantial market share in Europe. Broadening further expansion with ambitious plans for rapid growth both locally and internationally the Company is looking to hire an exceptional individual to take the Chief Executive Officer role. The purpose of the role will be to focus on development of the Company profits to achieve higher margins and explore new market segments. The successful candidate will be in charge of several markets across Europe and will join the Executive Committe.

Opis stanowiska

Be responsible for the general management and implementations of strategies for the Group in core Markets accross Europe
Develop and implement the vision for further growth to increase market shares
Continue the Company growht to achieve maximum profitability in few years timeframe
Set up and monitor short and long term objectives to assure accurate execution
Lead the regional Managing Directors to develop their business
Maintain unparalelled customer service policy along with the Group standards
Be responsible for the budget and for the entire Group

Kogo szukamy

Minimum ten years of experience in similar industry at senior level as Managing Director, Executive Director with a strong Sales backround
Substantial track record of restructuring, profit improvement within challenging market conditions
Proven track record of business development of mid sized companies or groups
Experience in management structures where highest customer service are primar goals
International experience with a focus on CEE markets highly desired
Entrepreneurial drive, high integrity with an honest and reliable mindset
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Market and result oriented approach
Impressive academic background
Fluent in English is a must
