Chief Financial Officer

Reporting finance results to the group. Organising controlling of companies in the group and do consolidation. Lead the structuring of the financing of some projects of the company and control the implementation of their financing.

• Ensures full compliance with statutory, legal and tax principles and group & external reporting requirements
• Represents legal entities  towards banks, auditors, tax and other financial authorities
• Maintains a strong local internal control system and implement relevant guidelines
• Optimises taxes , financing, insurance and Cash & FX management within country
• Cost control and safeguarding of assets
• Evaluates and challenges country investment projects and makes recommendations to local manager
• Analyses local business development, proposes corrective measures to local management
• Provides finance services according to service catalogue at best price
• Supports and advises local business and functions in all financial matters
• Initiates operational improvements
• Participate into local Committees and Boards and represents the HQ

• Responsible for managing the stand alone and consolidated monthly reporting of statutory accounts, management reporting and treasury reporting through the respective reporting tools.
• Manage the Budget and forecast processes of the company and coordinate same processes at affiliates organize subsequent reviews and the reporting’s hereof. Responsible for accurate and reliable reporting of Budget and Forecast for the company and for affiliates.
• Responsible for maintaining the appropriate level and documentation of reserves considering the Risk Profile of the Company.
• Monitoring business performance, anticipating deviations and applying corrective measures, promoting profitability in the business.
• Ensure compliance with the International Accounting Rules
• Control and manage of Cash and working capital optimization
• Manage the tax calculation, deferred tax, permanent and temporary differences.
• Annual update of the Transfer Pricing Documentation.
• Corporate Governance reporting

• University degree in Finance or Business administration
• Required: Min. 5 years in  energy industry and finance experience
• Required: Min. 5 years in people management experience
• Computer literacy (SAP, Excel)
• Professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA. MBA)
• Experience in project finance, investment modelling.
• Knowledge of local tax
• English language is required.
