Client Integration Services Team is responsible for regional administration and support of Online solutions for corporate travel.
We are currently looking for a Consultant with good business English speaking/writing skills who will be responsible for supporting and maintaining booking tools and corporate travel solutions with high quality standards. Proactive attitude toward learning characterizes this position.
- To investigate and try to reproduce incoming issues by escalating client request to appropriate internal or external teams when unable to solve case on our end
- To deliver standard maintenance for Online Booking Tools, CWT tools and update policy settings. Perform data entry and customization.
- To constantly work and improve on Team Goals by performing all duties assigned, meeting deadlines, and effectively prioritizing workload
- To perform any necessary testing to ensure OBT updates are in place
- To make use of expertise as a member of regional team to maintain pro-active approach and offer workarounds/innovative solutions
