On behalf of our Client, global Shared Service Center, we are looking for candidates to fill the position of Client Service Coordinator.
On this position you will be responsible for coordination work of the team, monitoring the volume of requests coming from across the international business into the helpdesk, acting as a point of escalation, cooperating with other business units, supporting helpdesk team in operational tasks when needed. Moreover, you will provide trainings for junior staff, prepare reports and you will implement improvements.
We are looking for candidates with minimum 3 years of experience on a similar position gained in an international environment (preferably in SSC/BPO). Fluent English is a must. Knowledge of CRM, CMS, ERP system will be a plus. The Ideal candidates should have an excellent communication and problem solving skills and a good customer service attitude.
