For our Client, a multinational, fast-paced production company located in Lower Silesia region, we are seeking to recruit an ambitious and experienced talent to join its team of professionals as a CMM Inspector / Programmer (start-up).

Reporting to the Section Leader, the Candidate will be in charge of conducting dimensional inspections of machines and preparing detailed and finished parts on CMM (Co-Ordinate Measuring Machine) as well as Producing CMM inspection programs for one offs and production batches. What is more, the person on this position will be also accountable for producing FAIR reports for NPI parts and interpreting CMM results. He/she will inspect dimensions using manual inspection techniques (e.g. Micrometer, Vernier's etc.) and interpret engineering drawings.

To be successful in this role you should have at least 3 years of experience on a similar position and at least Bachelor Degree or equivalent level of qualification in Engineering. A good candidate would have a good understanding of geometric tolerance and excellent knowledge of engineering drawings and interpretation as well as a good command of English. Knowledge of previous CMM software would be an advantage, although training will be provided. Our Client is seeking a person who is a strong team player but also displays his own initiative. The perfect candidate must possess excellent communication skills as well as a developed capability to work with individuals at all levels.
