Job Description:
- Headquarter: Warsaw as primary place of work
- Willing to work at client’s locations mostly across Europe, but also other locations, for short or long term
- Willing to travel min. 50% (annual) of time and could be more. Travel is required and may be 80%-100% on a weekly basis on some projects (typically Monday – Friday) for some periods during the year
- Minimum bachelor's degree
- 4+ years of strong telecommunications, media or high technology industry background work experience in a Telecoms/High-Tech company or in the Consulting company
- Consulting and/or project delivery experience will be strong asset
- Consulting or functional experience in one or more of the areas like:
- Digital services / digital channels
- Cost reduction
- Customer acquisition, loyalty and retention in digital environment
- Customer excellence
- Product and services innovation
- Mobility transformation
- Mapping & analyzing sales, marketing, customer care processes
- Development of sales force, marketing or customer care transformation business cases (top line and costs)
- Execution of sales force, marketing or customer care transformation projects
- Knowledge of leading CRM/Sales force automation systems will be an asset
- Consulting and project delivery experience - preferred
- Excellent English communication skills (written & spoken) is required
- Good level of the other foreign (EU) language e.g. German, Italian, French, Spanish would be strong asset
- Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communications competencies
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and multiple commitments/projects simultaneously
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
- Proven success in contributing to a team-oriented and distributed delivery environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)
