Commercial Process Support is a team with strong ties to Commercial Operations in Head Quarters. Its main purpose is operational support for Consumer and Sales organizations with the maintenance of commercial processes within Salesforce CRM.
- Business ownership of Salesforce CRM sales processes
- Development of new and enhancement of existing sales processes
- Running and supporting global and local projects
- Collecting best practices from different markets and standardizing processes
- Driving development of sales related functionalities in Salesforce
- Supporting Salesforce rollouts in new markets
- Data and KPI driven change management
- Gathering requirements and supporting development of new reports and dashboards
- Closely cooperating with Global Commercial Development and stakeholders from Coloplast subsidiaries
- Strong communication skills and fluency in both verbal and written English
- Experience with CRM including segmentation and targeting
- Strong business toolbox
- Understanding of business impact KPIs and frontline sales activities
- Ability to lead cross-functional development and work with different teams
- Multiple stakeholder management and working in a global and matrix organization
- Ability to challenge and be assertive
- Proficiency with Excel and Powerpoint
- Experience with working with data, reports and dashboards
- Project management skillset
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities, flexibility and ability to adapt to changes
- Proactive, self-driven and work on own initiative
