Our client is one of the top global players in the healthcare industry. To support the company''s further development, we are looking for an experienced, talented and driven professional for the position of Commercial Finance Manager.
- Support GM, VP Marketing, the Regional Marketing team - Provide timely support for ad hoc questions that arise within the BU and Region (for example, portfolio profitability analysis / synergy potential, product conversion requirement / value, product launches, pricing opportunities, etc.) - Drive analysis and challenge for organic growth initiatives within Franchises (new product launch support, Geographical expansion, etc.) - Provide financial support and analysis for key products and franchises (effective pricing / patient focus strategies, dashboards, margin analysis) - Active business partner, providing insightful finance perspective in leadership meetings - Challenge marketing and commercial teams in areas of profitability, expanded portfolio strategy, cash flow, manufacturing/supply chain impacts, etc - Deliver ad hoc requests from Regional Management, Global, or Corporate - Lead Long Range Plan process and coordinate country, region, international requirements - Analyze Constrained Product opportunities and run trade off analysis - Financial support on internal multi-country projects / evaluations - Business Development financial evaluations - Regional portfolio funding evaluations
+ University degree or equivalent in finance, accounting, or economics + Minimum 5-7 years of experience within commercial finance in global healthcare, pharmaceutical or FMCG company - Financial modeling experience - Self-starter with strong analytical skills, decision-making capabilities, and basic knowledge of GAAP accounting principles - Eagerness to learn and continuously improve - Working knowledge of PC applications (ie. Excel, Cognos/Hyperion a Plus). - Excellent English required - Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, often cross-functionally. - Attention to detail is key - Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to effectively communicate cross-functionally and with senior management - Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time
