Twoje zadania:
- Manage and supervise communication channels between stores, head office and CE team
- Work with central planning&response team on improving and simplifying processes, ways of working, systems and ensure centralised packs land locally
- Support integration of communications across CE
- Manage communications of local events
- Build a wide network and work with colleagues acrossthe business to cover all areas in the communication process (Marketing, Commercial, SRD, SupplyChain, Operations teams, Internal Communications,CE P&R)
- Own and manage communication systems
- Manage crisis management process
- Coach the business on how to communicate effectively to store colleagues, work cross functionally in cooperation with key Head Office departments and Operations Team.
Wymagania:
- Fluent English
- Very good knowledge of Polish grammar and writing rules
- Strong communications, networking and presentation skills
- Managing and leading change, outstanding influencing skills
- Analysing and decision making, systematic and high level thinking
- Microsoft Office user skills (advanced)
