Community Online Specialist

- Responsible for conducting research for internal clients using online community panel (working with internal clients to understand their business objectives and turning them into research objectives and questions, through fieldwork: preparing surveys, programming them into system, preparing sampling and deployment, data analysis and writing reports, suggesting recommendations, presenting results and insights)
- Day to day panel community management and helping with strategy for the future of the panel
- Marketing research experience (conducting qualitative and quantitative surveys, working with original research data preparing research reports)
- Online marketing research experience
- Panel community management experience
- Dunnhumby data analysis experience
- Fluent English
- Higher education (preferably Sociology)
- Practical usage of Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS or other)
- Research data bases experiences
