Responsibilities:
- Maintain and build the community of Product Experts (“PEs”) for 109 community-supported Products.
- Overseeing the activity of 13 Community Support Agents providing community care, troubleshooting and support to PEs
- Broad understanding of Google products such as Docs Suite, Drive, Gmail, Accounts, Chrome, Play, Photos, Search, Blogger, Maps.
- Operational and administrative responsibility delivering Quality Ops services.
- Performing reviews, creating quality reports, conducting quality trainings and supporting delivery team.
- Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
- Analysing, monitoring improving the process and performance.
- Contact and maintaining relationships with the supervisors, quality assessments
- Good command of English
- Proficiency in one of the following languages: French, German, Italian, Turkish, Russian, Arabic.
- Passion for people and previous quality assurance experience.
- Open-minded attitude & analytical skills.
- Ability to work in a multicultural dynamic environment.
- Previous experience in working with Google products will be a plus
