For our Client, we are currently looking for: Compensation Plans Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Main responsibility is the provision of administrative services for Equity compensation plans for international corporate clients with the proprietary web-based platform EquatePlus of Equatex
- End-to-end responsibility for specific client events in the lifecycle of the equity and deferred plan administration as well as day-to-day plan and data maintenance on the administration platform EquatePlus for assigned corporate client relationships and processes
- Structured planning, processing and monitoring of company plan related events and/or transactions
- Ensuring quality of operational and technical services within the Compliance and Risk framework
- Analysing clients’ plans and development of comprehensive solutions in close cooperation with all relevant internal and external stakeholders in order to setup system configuration and underlying processes (under professional supervision and advise of an experienced Senior Client Service Manager)
- Daily cooperation with other departments
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in Banking/ Financial environment
- University degree (Finance, Economy/ Banking)
- Professional experience in client facing roles and operations
- Good knowledge of Excel (VBA will be an asset)
- Basic knowledge of SQL
