Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.
- Perform digital services configuration and testing management from analysis to resolution;
- Follow company processes and procedures to ensure the best outcome for our customers;
- Solve requests as a priority within agreed time;
- Use configuration management/testing tools
- Contribute to process improvements
- Very Good English - reading & writing – C1 level
- Willingness to gain experience in Configuration Management and Testing
- Very good communication and presentation skills
- Extremely reliable, consistent, hard-working, and ability to work analytically within a problem-solving environment
- Willingness to learn new technical things/areas
- Very good knowledge of Excel
