Accenture Operations provides business process services for specific functions, including finance and accounting; procurement and supply chain; and marketing & sales. We operate business processes with a combination of talent and data, artificial intelligence, analytics and digital technologies, helping clients to improve their productivity, customer experience and performance.
What will you do:
- Update and perform changes based on ‘change requests’ raised by client’s departments/colleagues
- Document the changes in Jira and Confluence
- Follow company’s processes and procedures to ensure the best outcome for our customers
- Discuss requests with the project stakeholders and solve them as a priority within agreed time
- Contribute proactively to process improvements
- A high level of responsibility and self-organization (autonomous, self-directed)
- Analytical skills & Attention to details
- Proactive ("To Do") attitude & problem-solving abilities
- Very Good English - reading & writing – C1 level
- Resilience in stressful times
- Good knowledge of Excel
- Team player attitude
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Previous experience in Agile Projects/environments
- Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
- Knowledge of SQL
- Using foreign language and new technology solutions daily, cooperating with various global Clients
